Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted and spiritual nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or engraved singing bowls
  • Used singing bowls, prayer wheels, or healing tools
  • Items used for rituals, meditation, or healing practices
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return without contacting us first.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items returned not in original condition
  • Items damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns requested after 30 days but within a reasonable window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@vedicbay.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
